Session Times
When attending my sessions, I recommend planning for a 30-minute to an hour duration, which includes time for breaks, having a drink, a quick snack, and changing if necessary. I suggest judging your child's attention span and adjusting the session length accordingly. Some children may lose interest quickly, so it's best to be flexible."
